Return and exchange service

If you wish to return a product, you must notify us and send it back no later than 14 days after receiving your order. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot issue a refund if the item does not reach us.

Returned items must be unused and in perfect condition in order to qualify for a refund.

Refunds for standard returns

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If everything is in order, we will refund the full price of the item, but not the original delivery costs. Refunds are issued as soon as possible after receipt.

Claims – your rights regarding faulty goods

As a consumer, you have a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction – depending on the specific circumstances.

You must make your claim within a reasonable time after discovering the fault. If you submit your claim within two months, it is always considered timely.

If you return a defective item, we will cover both the original delivery costs and your return shipping costs – provided the claim is justified. However, we reserve the right to refuse compensation if the item is found not to be defective.
